Andrew Bourne is an Executive leader (CEO, CTO, CPO), entrepreneur, and revenue driver. Andrew built and sold his first Tech venture in the early 2000’s. Since then he has engineered a brilliant career founding tech ventures, raising capital (over $30 million), and building world class software product and platforms. Andrew’s passion is in building and leading high performing teams through difficult technical projects to successful results. He is currently the CTO and President of Octopi. Rising Star Award Winner. He completed a 5 company consolidation. Previously, as Chief Product Officer at Bolste. Andrew led his team to release Bolste 3.0, a world class and internationally award winning SaaS application. Bolste was acquired by SquadPod in 2018.
Andrew traveled internationally to work closely with large customers such as British Petroleum, Tesco, SAS, GE, among others to ensure product acceptance in the marketplace. He possesses a deep technical background and business acumen allows him to seamlessly traverse complex projects to high market value
As an entrepreneur, Andrew started his first Technology venture: ITIC, Inc. in Denver CO. In 5 years as CEO, he grew y/y revenues 100% with three locations Denver, Phoenix & Seattle. He led teams in developing business intelligence analytics solutions for internationally recognized companies such as: Honeywell, ING, Citibank, Discount Tires, Coors, Lipper Analytical, Apple, and Standard and Poors, among others. Andrew sold ITIC to Idea Integration, a division of MODIS, Inc., a multi-billion dollar technology consulting firm.
Relocating to Scottsdale in 2002, Andrew founded WayPoint Technologies, his second multi-million dollar success. WayPoint was a recognized leader in customer analytics and workflow software solutions for healthcare, manufacturing and retail. Andrew holds a B.S. in Finance and Accounting from the University of Colorado and an M.B.A. from George Washington University in Washington D.C.
